Dr. Zacharias Kidza is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt). His practice focuses on criminal tax law and commercial criminal law and litigation in these areas.

Before founding his own firm, Dr. Kidza worked in highly specialized units in the field of tax and white-collar criminal law, German and European antitrust law and compliance in these areas.

He advises individuals and German and international companies on customs, tax and white-collar criminal law. He regularly represents clients in contentious proceedings up to the federal courts and vis-à-vis German and European market surveillance and supervisory authorities and the tax authorities.
